Quality Assurance

Our quality assurance is designed and aimed at improving client services through:

• Continuous improvement of efficiency and consistency
• Improved Officers motivation
• Continuous improvement of job descriptions and documentation.
• Client satisfaction
• In achieving this, a three tie Management system has been developed:

Level I
Management and client interactions through service level agreements which are
reviewed bi-monthly to ensure efficiency.
Level II
Reduction of service level agreements to feasible job descriptions and On-site
training to ensure continuity.
Level III
Performance evaluations where all staff undergo evaluations with special incentives aimed at ensuring quality performance.
